All fees are be paid in advance. Daily rate (8 hrs)................................................$200 Half day (4 hrs)..................................................$100 Multiple days......................................................$150/day Kitchen rental.....................................................$50/use (in addition to daily rates) Wakes (8hrs).....................................................$50/day Wakes: multiple days..........................................$50/day Parishioners - rental rate will be half of above rates NOTE: No smoking allowed in the building or on the deck. Renters will be responsible for the following: Tables and chairs to be returned to original location. Floors to be swept and, if necessary, washed. General tidy up. All food brought in by renters to be removed from premises. All garbage to be removed from premises. Dishes and utensils are NOT provided.
